EPICENTRE Biotechnologies' MasterAmp™ Extra-Long
PCR Kit enables successful and accurate one-step amplification
of DNA sequences from 20 kb to 40 kb in an easy to use optimization
format. The kit includes the MasterAmp™ Extra-Long DNA
Polymerase Mix along with 9 MasterAmp™ Extra-Long PCR
2X PreMixes with dNTPs, buffer, and varying amounts of MgCl2,
and the MasterAmp™ PCR Enhancer (with betaine). For each
new set of template and primers simply perform a PCR with the
MasterAmp Extra-Long DNA Polymerase Mix and the 9 PreMixes
to find the optimal PreMix. At least one PreMix should amplify
your long template and give consistent results in all subsequent
amplifications.
