Make Full-length cDNA >15 Kb
EPICENTRE Biotechnologies' MonsterScript™ Reverse Transcriptase is a highly processive, thermostable enzyme that completely lacks RNase H activity. The enzyme retains high activity at temperatures >50°C, and produces full-length cDNA greater than 15 Kb from picogram amounts of RNA. The MonsterScript™ 1st-Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit also includes Betaine to enable improved reverse transcription through regions of difficult secondary structure.
The kit includes both an oligo(dT)-containing and a random nonamer primer, and a potent RNase Inhibitor. First-strand cDNA can be made from picogram amounts of total RNA. |
